Yoga with Sarah Callaham

Join Sarah for a mellow vinyasa flow, accompanied by the use of essential oils in all forms-smell, taste, and topical- to help us to transition from the warmer months to the cooler months. Allowing you to go deeper within the self to nourish the soul, body, and mind from the inside out, this will be a calming & grounding practice. Sarah will be explaining the physical and emotional benefits of each of the oils she will be using as well. 

Please bring a stainless steel or glass water bottle/jar/mug/cup, and a mat. I will bring extras in case anyone forgets, but we will have a limited supply.
